Randy began his “career” in the kitchen cabinet industry as his grandfather’s dust collection system on Saturday mornings when he was 10. Now 5 decades later he provides the business and sales acumen to assist any dealer to start or increase its cabinet business in any market segment including remodel, builder, and multifamily. Focusing on the Pacific Northwest, has visited virtually every location within the region working with designers and dealers. In the non-business hour of the day, Randy enjoys athletics, reading, and walking with his wife of over 35 years.

With a wealth of experience as a sales professional, Tom has been acknowledged by his clients as one of the best relationship builders in the local Puget Sound area for our kitchen and bath industry. Tom’s focus is on the home center segment in Western Washington working specifically with the Hertco Express 2.0 product line. Known for his Johnny-on-the-spot service attitude, Tom is closing in on becoming just one of a few select Washington State high school football referees to officiate for 50 years. To keep in this great shape, he loves to hike and specializes in photography.
Business Development Manager, Independent Designer
After working within the home center segment of the kitchen industry for 13 years as a designer and department lead, Angela brings a wealth of energy and knowledge to her clients in the Western Oregon market. With great proficiency in 2020 and design, she offers a wonderful can-do and service attitude that will help your business grow to the next step. Angela is involved with the NKBA-Columbia River Chapter and enjoys equestrian activities when not working and attempting to keep up with her two high school sons.
Administration & Custom Quoting, Independent Consultant
With a background in data analysis, Tessa excels at detail-oriented custom quoting, project tracking, and organization. She can help assist with pricing a custom design in 2020. Tessa is involved in the NKBA-Columbia River Chapter and Next Gen group. Outside of the office, she enjoys mountain biking and exploring the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Her recent travels include New Zealand and Peru.
